The Green Block Group consists of a group of companies specializing in timber home, brick home and hybrid home construction and property development for more than 30 years.
Green Block Construction offers a complete “turnkey” construction solution. This includes not only the complete offering onsite but also included architectural and quantity surveying services.
Green Block Double Up builds luxury, second storey structures. In our alternative construction methods you will save time and hassle, and you can stay in your downstairs home during the construction period, with minimal disruption. All construction methods comply with national building standards and are signed off by a structural engineer.
Green Block is registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and builds in strict accordance with all South African National Standards (SANS) and building codes.
Green Block is an international company with SADC registration.

Managing Director
Has held various management positions over the past 30 years and served as a board member and vice-chairman of the Institute for Timber Construction South Africa.

Technical Director
Has successfully executed and completed numerous construction projects over the past 14 years.

Financial Manager
Has 14 years of experience managing the financial and procurement responsibilities of various construction projects.
